Why RBLD exists
RBLD exists because founder Jake Brechlin rebuilt his own body and his own standards from the ground up — and learned how hard it is to do that without a clear system. He tried the apps, the spreadsheets, the conflicting advice. Most tools tracked numbers but never told him what to do with them, and none of them held him to anything.
So he built RBLD: an app that combines AI food recognition, honest progress tracking, and real coaching logic into one place. The goal was never to gamify fitness or chase streaks. It was to give people the same structure that changed his life — a standard to train toward, and the data to know they’re getting there.
