Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RBLD (“RBLD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the RBLD mobile and web application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). RBLD is an AI fitness and nutrition app, and much of the data we process is health and fitness information you choose to log. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

We only collect what we need to operate the Service, personalize your plan, and improve your results. You remain in control of your data and can export or delete it at any time, as described below.

When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed securely through our authentication provider). We may also store profile preferences, notification settings, and your communication history with our support team.

We use account data to authenticate you, provide the Service, send transactional messages, respond to support requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.

The core of RBLD is the health and fitness data you log. Depending on how you use the Service, this may include:

• Logged meals, foods, portions, and computed macros and calories;
• Food and meal photos you capture or upload;
• Body metrics such as weight, body-fat estimates, and measurements;
• Symptom logs, mood check-ins, and other wellbeing notes;
• Workouts, exercises, sets, reps, and training history;
• Goals and profile inputs (for example, sex, age, height, activity level, and target weight) used to compute your calorie and macro targets.

We use this data to calculate your targets, generate AI recommendations and workouts, display your progress over time, and improve the accuracy of the Service. We treat this information as sensitive and apply heightened care to its handling.

When you scan or upload a food photo, the image is stored using our cloud storage provider so it can be associated with your meal log and displayed back to you. Photos are linked to your account and are not publicly accessible. You can delete individual photos by deleting the associated meal entry, or delete all photos by deleting your account.

To provide features such as food recognition, nutrition estimation, and AI-generated workout and nutrition guidance, we send relevant logged data (including food photos and structured inputs) to third-party AI model providers that process it on our behalf. This processing is used to return results to you and to operate the Service.

We aim to work with providers that do not train their models on your data by default. AI-generated outputs are estimates and suggestions, are not medical advice, and should not replace guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain limited billing information such as your subscription status, plan, renewal date, and the last four digits and brand of your payment method so we can manage your account. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy.

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the Service is used, diagnose issues, and improve performance. This may include usage events, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this information in aggregate and do not sell it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service — including our hosting, database, storage, authentication, payment (Stripe), AI model, and analytics providers — under agreements that limit their use of your data. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete data or your account, we delete or de-identify the associated information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

You can access and update much of your information directly in the app. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format, or request that we delete your account and associated data. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service.
