Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RBLD application and related services (the “Service”) provided by RBLD (“RBLD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

RBLD provides fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing information for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or guidance from a qualified healthcare provider. Calorie targets, macros, workouts, symptom insights, and AI-generated recommendations are estimates.

Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. You use the Service at your own risk.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit, including meals, photos, weight, symptoms, mood check-ins, and workouts. You grant RBLD a limited license to host, process, and display this content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to recognize foods, estimate nutrition, and generate workout and nutrition guidance. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided without warranty. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any AI-generated recommendation before acting on it.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, including renewals, until you cancel.

You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. We may change our prices with reasonable advance notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that is illegal or abusive;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your data), is owned by RBLD and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results or estimates will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RBLD and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
